Quality Assurance:

The Quality Assurance (QA) people at El Aguizy are the back bone of the company.  QA's job starts by inspecting the seed that's being grown and the land it's being grown on.  And it ends by the dispatch of the final packed and cooled product to its respective port of departure.  With QA, El Aguizy is able to trace all its products all the way back to the nurseries and making sure that all the right procedures were preformed. QA is using a code system to be able to trace back the documents of the contents of any carton to the plot of land in the farm it came from.  QA is monitoring and following up the plan of the produce and is supported by a farm management computer system making the process of traceability ever so simple.

Quality Assurance makes sure that all procedures are done in the proper way, technical and otherwise.  Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting its findings so El Aguizy can supply a high safety and high quality product to its customers.  Here at El Aguizy we like to think of ourselves as a family and produce are our children, we care for them, raise them properly and are proud of them when they move on to the next stage of their lives in the good hands of our customers.
